PARKING
Street parking is possible on the blue lines for a fee; you can pay, about 2 euros per hour, using the appropriate columns (there aren't many) or via the Easypark app. The yellow lines would be reserved for residents. I must say that checks are very rare, but this is not an invitation to transgress; I only say it in case you need to leave the car for a while, perhaps to unload the luggage. In the area, there are several private supervised garages that are quite expensive (about 4-5 euros per hour or 30 euros per day). I recommend you inquire before leaving the car because the rates change frequently, also depending on the periods. On these websites, you can compare rates and addresses:

To visit the center of Milan, I recommend using public transportation. So, if you don't need to move by car, you can consider leaving the car in a public garage outside the city, near the metro terminus, which costs very little.
Arriving from the south, for example, there is this ATM parking lot in San Donato Milanese:

It is covered and costs a few euros (about 8 euros per day), but it is not supervised. From there, you can directly take the yellow metro line 3, which in 10 minutes takes you to Porta Romana station, not far from the apartment (5 minutes by tram line 9 or 15 minutes on foot).
Arriving from the north, there is this other ATM parking lot in Molino Dorino, the costs are the same.

From there, you can take the red metro line 1 to San Babila station, not far from the apartment (15 minutes by bus 60 or 20 minutes on foot).
Please find below a couple of indoor parkings near the apartment if you want to contact them directly:
