CHECK-OUT TIME
You must vacate the house by 11:00 AM. If you need to leave later, let us know, and I will try to accommodate you, but if new guests arrive that day, unfortunately, I won't be able to accommodate you because I have to leave time for the cleaning company to prepare the house.
