In the days prior to arrival, copies of each guest's documents will be requested for registration with the Milan Police Headquarters. Access to the apartment is allowed only to people who have submitted proper documents.

Check-in time: from 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Check-out time: by 11:00am

Variations in schedules are permitted only on an exceptional basis and by explicit written agreement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND HOUSE RULES

• smoking is forbidden both in the apartment and everywhere in the building;

• pets are not allowed;

• it’s forbidden to make noise at night (from 10:00pm to 9:00am)

• the apartment is unsuitable and not safe for childrens (0-12 years);

• the apartment has neither a safe nor an alarm system, you are kindly requested not to leave valuable things, jewels or money. Landlord will not be responsible for any theft, losses and shortfalls;

• it’s forbidden to light candles;

• before exit, pay attention to turn off the lights and air conditioning;

• the apartment is delivered clean and tidy, it’s kindly requested to return it in good conditions and with clean dishes;

• the apartment is equipped with a first aid box and a fire extinguisher.
